I see that the OSGB are supporting an effort to protect the OCA Dracula Reserve. I suggest that our society or The Barbara Everard Trust make a worthwhile donation to this worthy cause. I'd like to hear what other members think.
Has anyone else had trouble with Flojet pumps, used for running misters, asymmetrically wearing out carbon motor brushes, which now appear unobtainable, with tiresome regularity?
Normally I only get Cymbidiums to bloom if I leave them out in the garden until the nights get cool. I forgot to do this with this one & left it in the house. So I was surprised to get two lovely spikes this year.

I've had this beauty for over fifteen years. It lives on the windowsill & blooms reliably every winter. There was a label in the pot but, when I looked it up, it was the name of a cactus! So can anyone tell me what this is?
I am unaware of these pumps, but I understand their are brush less motors
