Plant passport
I am an amateur grower who would like to sell some surplus divisions on ebay. I have been advised that in order to do this, I need to have plant passport. I've tried to make sense of the DEFRA site, but in several instances it seems to contradict itself. Can someone advise me please??

Where are you based and where are you planning to sell? If the answer to both is the UK then you do not need plant passports
