Dear all,

we are still looking for someone who might be interested in the secretary and librarian role and join us in the committee. Zane and Mauro are now living in Italy and it is very difficult for them to hold these positions so we need someone to relieve them as soon as we can.

An organised person with some administrative background would be ideal. Please contact secretary@osgb.org.uk for the role details.

As you have also probably already noticed the results of the February Table Show are now published. We have received a great selection of plants once again. The Judges were also able to identify some of the NOID hybrids you have sent so please have a look. March Table Show is to follow shortly so please keep sending in your plants.

The next online talk will be by Celia Wright talking about hunting for orchids in Sichuan and Yunnan.

January Table Show

January Table Show results are now published. Apologies this took a little longer than usual, we have had a great number of plants to go through this month.

By now you should have also received the new Journal celebrating our 70th Anniversary. If you have any memories of the society you'd like to share and perhaps even some old photographs, please email me on website@osgb.org.uk

Christmas Meeting

it was fantastic to see all of you who managed to join yesterday. Thank you and I hope you had a great time with us.

Congratulations to Alexander Koper who won this years OSGB Photography Trophy with his picture of Dresslerella lasiocampa (picture below). The full breakdown of the winners, icluding the individual categories, has now been published at the Photo Competiton page HERE
