The Orchid Society of Great Britain would like to invite you to our Autumn Orchid Show on Saturday 2nd November 2024 at Wraysbury Village Hall, The Green, Wraysbury, Staines, TW19 5NA.




Come and join us and admire beautiful orchids on display, with cups and rosettes awarded to the best plants.


Burnham Nurseries will be selling orchids and sundries will be available from Peter White.


If you'd like to enter your orchids, set-up for this show is from 8:30am until 10am.


Orchid entries in place from 8:30am, ready for judging by 11am. Please collect your plants by 4:30pm.



The Show is open to the public from 11am until 4pm and there's free entry for everyone

Our next Orchid Society of Great Britain event is a Zoom meeting starting at 10.30am on Sat-5-Oct-2024.


Our speaker is Bala Kompalli who will be giving us a talk entitled 'Orchids at Kew and past Orchid Festivals'.


Bala has worked at Kew for over 20 years; she is involved in taking care of several Tropical and sub-tropical orchid living collections. Bala is part of Kew’s orchid team and a member of the RHS Orchid Committee.
